Fruit which is proven to have been cultivated and stored according to the guidelines and has passed all test has the right to use the South Tyrolean trademark with the ladybird beetle as well as the term "from integrated production".

The orchardist, the persons responsible in his marketing organization and AGRIOS guarantee with this trademark as far as possible through checks and analyses that the fruit has been cultivated and stored according to the guidelines. All liability for the impeccable soundness of the fruit with regard to the consumer, the business partners and the department of health remains however with the marketing organization and orchardist.

South Tyrolean fruit which has not been proven to be cultivated according to the guidelines and is not recognized by AGRIOS may neither use the provincial trademark with the ladybird beetle or any other mark of origin using the ladybird beetle nor the term "from integrated production" or similar terms.
